No Country for Old Men


"No Country for Old Men" is a thrilling crime film from the Academy Award winning Joel and Ethan Coen ("Fargo", "O' Brother Where Art Thou?", "The Big Lebowski"). It was nominated for multiple Oscars, winning the award Best Picture among three others. Based on the Cormac McCarthy novel of the same name, No Country for Old Men, is a story of a man, Llewelyn Moss (Josh Brolin), who stumbles upon a drug deal gone wrong. At the scene, he finds a briefcase full of money and a truck full of drugs. He takes the money and goes on the run from a hit man named Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem). The rest of the story is an intense, three-way chase between Moss, Chigurh, and a local sheriff (Tommy Lee Jones). The Coen Brothers deliver yet another instant classic with "No Country for Old Men", captivating the audience from start to finish. Although the film is not entirely action packed, it is sure to keep most anyone's eyes glued to the screen. "No Country for Old Men" is much more than just two hours of entertainment. It is the kind of film that will be considered one of the greatest of our time by the next generation.
